🔹️The President of the Supreme Court of Justice, Dr. Luis María Benítez Riera, received this Friday, November 15, a group of lawyers from the law firm Engel & Feldmann LLP, from Boston, United States. The professionals visited the country with the purpose of learning about the functioning of the Paraguayan Judicial Branch.

🔹️The visit began in the Plenary Hall of the Supreme Court, where Dr. Benítez Riera welcomed the group, presenting a brief overview of the functions of the ministers and the president of the highest judicial body. During his speech, he highlighted the importance of the Judicial Branch for the citizens and explained the structure of the Supreme Court.

🔹️The foreign lawyers subsequently visited the offices of judges Guillermo Trovato and Gloria Benítez, members of the Court of Appeal for Children and Adolescents, as well as the office of the First Instance Civil and Commercial Judge, attorney José Trovato, who shared details about the cases they handle in their respective areas.
